Please include pictures of the product, original packaging & proof of purchase within 10 days of receiving your order, and we can work together to make it right.
Shipping
We offer shipping via local carriers & in-person pickup by appointment at our White Rock office. In case of shipping, you will receive an email once your package has shipped.
In case of in-person pickup, you will receive an email to schedule once your package is ready for pickup.
